Terms of sale

1. Seller

The seller is MB Sabmedija, company code 304288784, address Kėdainiai. Contact: info@lankstinukas.lt, +370665994.

2. Placing an order

Before payment, the buyer selects the product format, material, quantity, production time and other parameters shown in the configurator. Artwork is mandatory for each product. The order is accepted after payment is confirmed.

3. Custom-made print

Most printed products are made to the buyer's selected configuration and supplied artwork. Statutory withdrawal rights may not apply to custom-made goods where permitted by law. This does not limit rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

4. Artwork

The buyer is responsible for the legality of submitted content and the right to use it. Automated SmartCheck and optional artwork review reduce technical risk but do not guarantee that every content or design issue will be detected.

5. Production and delivery

Displayed production times are estimates and may change due to artwork suitability, production or logistics. We will inform the buyer of material changes.

6. Claims

For quality or delivery issues contact info@lankstinukas.lt and include the order number and relevant photos.
