Production time

The selected production time starts after payment and once usable artwork is available. The configurator also shows an estimated production date.

Where delivery is included in the selected product configuration, it is already included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.

If production or delivery timing changes materially, we update the order status and contact the customer when needed.
